Since his much-lauded return, Tom Booze has clearly shown why he is a producer of note, picking up some serious support and playlist features for his cross-genre electronic philosophy of masterfully combining all things Funk and Bass. This latest EP takes things into 'Overdrive'! The title track kicks things off with a space-inspired soundscape that draws the listener into its realm with dazzling stereo top ends before the rolling bass builds into an all-out electronic disco bass attack. Mr. Booze's love of all things P Funk is delightfully showcased in 'Junk The Funk', a slowed-down jam that simply oozes funk from every pore. Rounding things off is 'Fight Night' which has the feel of a low-slung dirty bass house track with a relentless downtempo groove with classic percussion that has a truly timeless quality.
